Depends on my mood — usually a Zin or a big Chardonnay. I do love Champagne as well.

With the exception of being raised Catholic and partaking on my weekly tasting of Jesus Juice (Nazareth, ISR), my first real wine experience was after my first shift here at Terroir.

Usually the bigger the better. A nice Cab, Zin, or an earthy Shiraz.
